Barrister / Solicitor Advocate (Higher Rights) Housing Disrepair | Hybrid | Liverpool & London We are seeking a talented and ambitious Barrister, or Solicitor/Advocate with Higher Rights, to join a growing in-house advocacy team specialising in Housing Disrepair. The Role This is a hands-on advocacy position focused primarily on Housing Disrepair matters, with responsibility for attending hearings, interim applications, and trials, while working closely with a dynamic and collaborative legal team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality advocacy while helping shape the future direction of the department and wider firm initiatives. What Makes This Opportunity Different?
