Identity & Access Management Business Analyst (CIAM)

This role sits within a high-performing security delivery team focused on helping organisations strengthen customer identity and access management capabilities through secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management Business Analyst with strong CIAM expertise to support discovery, design, and implementation activities across complex client environments. This is a client-facing position requiring strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and requirements gathering experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and define CIAM and identity management requirements
• Analyse customer identity use cases, user journeys, and security requirements across programmes
• Collaborate with security architects and engineering teams to support solution design and implementation strategies
• Review and validate identity-focused service solutions, security controls, and application architectures
• Produce clear business and functional documentation including user flows, requirements, and implementation recommendations
• Support governance, reporting, audit, and assurance activities throughout project delivery
Experience Required
• Strong Business Analysis experience within IAM, CIAM, or broader cybersecurity environments
• Proven experience delivering CIAM solutions and documenting customer identity requirements and use cases
• Knowledge of PingOne, PingProtect, PingOne DaVinci, or similar CIAM technologies
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, API integrations, and web security protocols including HTTP and SSL/TLS
Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills within enterprise-scale environments
