What you’ll be doing
* Leading the sales team — setting the tone, driving performance, and creating a culture of accountability and support
* Developing and executing the sales strategy to accelerate growth across key service lines
* Owning key client relationships and leading from the front on major opportunities
* Forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management to ensure clarity, consistency, and commercial rigour
* Collaborating with operations and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and strong market positioning
