Join a supportive care team across Cornwall. We’re hiring Health Care Assistants. Full-time and part-time roles available with flexible hours, with career progression and extensive training available.
What You Need
* A friendly, caring and reliable nature
* Full UK driving licence & access to your own car
* Shifts available: 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm
* A minimum of 3 months care experience within the UK
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship is available for this role)
Pay Rates
* Weekday (under 2 hours): £13.30 per hour
* Weekday (2 hours or more): £12.80 per hour
* Weekend (2 hours or more): £13.00 per hour
* Bank Holidays: up to £15.15 per hour
* Training and travel time: £12.21 per hour
The Role
You’ll support clients in their own homes to live safely and independently. Your responsibilities will include:
* Personal care (washing, dressing, meals, medication)
* Offering companionship and emotional support to clients
* Assisting with daily tasks and outings
* Being a trusted and familiar presence
