About the Role
Due to an increased workload and recent acquisitions, our client is looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to lead conveyancing work in our Coventry office. This role is ideal for an experienced conveyancer who’s confident handling residential files from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
* Run your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
* Act as the main fee earner at the Coventry office
* Deliver excellent client care on the phone, by email and face-to-face.
* Work collaboratively with a small local team
Qualifications
* Open to: Solicitors
* Chartered Legal Executives
* Licensed Conveyancers
* Experienced unqualified fee earners
Required Skills
* Minimum 3 years experience managing residential conveyancing files independently
* Able to work autonomously with confidence
* Personable, approachable, and well-organised
* Suited to a friendly, client-focused, business casual environment
Pay range and compensation package
