Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office & Finance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering excellent customer service. Duties
* Act as first point of contact for incoming calls and email enquiries
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
* Organise schedules and appointments for the business
* Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and internal databases
* Support general office coordination and ensure efficient office operations
* Assist with booking enquiries and contract administration
* Maintain contract listings and support contract order processing
* Prepare documentation and reports for operational use
* Liaise with clients and suppliers in a professional manner
* Raise and process invoices
* Maintain invoice registers for clients
* Monitor and log company credit card expenditure
* Support basic financial administration and reporting
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role
* Sage/Financial Systems experience is very desirable
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience with office equipment and IT systems
* Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Demonstrated attention to detail and organisational ability
