Business Development Manager
Location: Leicester, with hybrid working available after probation
Salary: C£35,000 p.a. depending on experience, + £3K car allowance & £16K OTE

The Company
ER Recruitment is partnering with a nationally-known company with an outstanding reputation. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their busy sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through strategic planning and targeted efforts. You will have autonomy to meet clients in their environment, with a product that speaks for itself.
Responsibilities
1. Sell all corporate products and related events.
2. Meet and exceed KPIs to maintain a qualified pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
3. Achieve financial targets for all products and services.
4. Identify new revenue opportunities and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
5. Utilise the department database and CRM system effectively.
About You
* Experience in face-to-face sales, appointment setting, and target achievement.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and able to manage your own sales process.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
* Flexible to work at times and locations suitable to the role.
