Job Description
3. Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate planning.
4. Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
5. Draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless and effective client solutions.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed client records and case files.
8. Assist in the administration of estates, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
9. Attend client meetings, both in person and remotely, to build and maintain strong relationships.
10. Stay updated on legal developments and apply this knowledge to client work.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Client Solicitor should have:
11. A qualification in law, with a specialism or interest in private client matters.
12. Proven experience in drafting wills, managing trusts, and estate planning.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
15. The ability to manage a varied caseload with efficiency and professionalism.
16. A proactive approach to staying informed about legal changes and developments.
