Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement
* Deliver pre-prepared learning activities and support students’ learning
* Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
* Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and classroom behaviour
* Support the wider school environment and contribute to school initiatives
Requirements:
* Graduate from a Russell Group university with top academic grades
* Aspiring teacher status or strong interest in pursuing a teaching career
* Excellent classroom management, organisation, and communication skills
* Professional, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to working with students
