A close client of ours in the Thames Valley region are seeking an England & Wales qualified real estate lawyer of circa. 4-5PQE up to 7PQE max to support the development, construction, operation and refinancing of a portfolio of renewable energy projects across the UK. The role sits within a small, commercial in-house legal team reporting into the General Counsel. The role will focus primarily (circa. 80%) on land and property matters for solar, storage and associated infrastructure, working closely with development, construction, asset management and finance teams. For the remaining 20%, for your career benefit, will be a mix of construction, commercial, PPA, corporate etc. Therefore, we’re not looking for someone who just wants to do real estate law.
