A leading house builder have a requirement for an experienced Technical Administrator for their site in west Yorkshire. The right candidate would have a good understanding and background in construction and construction administration or similar work. We require a candidate with the efficiency of working on all admin tasks without much guidance. You will be working alongside the Pre Development and Technical teams to provide consistency and efficiency to the teams. You will need to ensure that project information, drawings and documents are managed, communicated, filed and retrievable in line with the Life of Site policy under the guidance of the Line Manager. Key Duties Take minutes at team meetings and deliver all crucial secretarial duties Balance between different projects to ensure all documents are named correctly and uploaded in a timely manner Working with procedures, guidance and forms contained within the Life of Site policy Retaining knowledge and experience of Viewpoint Projects at an operational level Create and deliver documents in line with the approval process Deliver quality assurance checks on all information uploaded Ensure all documents are up to date and completed and named correctly prior to internal or external audits Deliver external documents and identify and distribute them as agreed Ensure all drawings and documents are controlled and maintained in a methodical manner Help internal and external users regarding systems issues, under guidance of the Line Manager Liaise with site delivery teams regarding handover information and documents Work with all procedures required under the New Homes Quality Code Prepare, manage and issue all Home User Guides (HUGs) and OMS Manuals, H&S files Benefits Salary up to £30k (DOE) plus annual bonus Up to 33 days annual leave plus bank holidays Private Health care Enhanced maternity, paternity or adoption leave Competitive contributory pension scheme Life assurance, 4 x salary Share incentive schemes Employee rewards portal with many benefits If you are interested in applying, please contact Vic on 0114 213 0900 for a confidential chat or by email at ADZN1_UKTJ
