Salary: Highly competitive, dependent on experience and skills.
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday (some occasional weekend work).

Responsibilities
* Operation and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment.
* Maintenance of the grounds throughout the estate.
* Undertake general maintenance of site premises, fixtures and fittings.
* Work independently following a job list.
* Perform seasonal work such as road sweeping, snow clearing and gritting of footpaths and roads.
* Support team members working on specific estate projects.
* Undertake any other reasonable duties required in line with capabilities, the needs of the company, and the wider group.
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum of 2 years experience ideal; full training plan provided.
* High standards and a can‑do attitude; flexibility is vital.
* Own transport and full driving licence essential due to location and role.
* Demonstrated commitment to health and safety and to the ethos and values of the Abbey.
