MBNL is transforming into a leading Infrastructure Management company and is seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead a key strategic change programme. This role will drive enterprise-wide transformation, including operating model design, organisational redesign, business process change, and cultural transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver complex transformation programmes aligned to strategic objectives and sponsor expectations.
* Lead operating model design, organisational redesign, and business process transformation.
* Establish programme governance, manage risks and issues, and ensure business readiness for change.
* Develop business cases, transformation strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans.
* Manage programme budgets, forecasting, reporting, and benefits realisation.
* Act as the day-to-day representative of the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO), driving governance and stakeholder communication.
* Promote programme management best practice and continuous improvement across MBNL.
Required Experience:
* Proven success delivering large-scale business transformation and enterprise change programmes.
* Strong experience in operating model design and organisational redesign.
* Excellent programme leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organisational environments.
Desirable:
* Telecommunications experience.
* Joint Venture (JV) experience.
