Job Purpose
We are excited to announce a new vacancy for a Delivery Manager in our Rainwater Management team. This role is part of our AMP8 investment programme, managing rainwater management projects including recent pilot projects and other property interventions. The role requires managing multiple projects, from sustainable drainage to branding and communications, involving design and delivery in collaboration with stakeholders. We seek a candidate with strong management skills, commercial acumen, and a business development mindset.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in developing new commercial opportunities, overseeing programmes including rainwater capture interventions and survey and maintenance activities across the portfolio.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Provide strategic direction and manage programmes for property-level rainwater capture interventions across AMP8.
* Lead the creation and growth of a new business unit focused on property-level rainwater capture.
* Maximise commercial opportunities within the business unit.
* Provide strategic leadership for maintenance activities across UU's Rainwater Management portfolio.
* Oversee delivery of construction, installation, and maintenance programmes.
* Develop resource plans ensuring adequate internal and external resources.
* Ensure projects are designed and delivered safely, efficiently, and aligned with business objectives.
* Discharge all Construction, Design, and Management (CDM) duties effectively.
* Lead strategic communications to ensure customer satisfaction and showcase project successes.
