About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated SAP Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Royal Tunbridge Wells. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in connecting top SAP talent with global contract opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
* Format CVs for client submissions and assist in writing persuasive sales pitches.
* Communicate professionally with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
* Support client relationship management and assist in preparing candidate shortlists.
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and handle interview scheduling.
* Familiarise yourself with the corporate landscape and stay up to date with industry trends.
* Develop foundational skills in sales through guided training, self-learning on our training platform and shadowing senior consultants.
What We're Looking For
* Degree-level education, strong A-Levels, or a proven background in B2B/B2C sales or telesales.
* Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and resilience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* A proactive mindset with the drive to learn and grow
* Familiarity with International markets is a plus
* Uncapped commission with high earning potential
* Early Friday finish (4 PM)
