The Opportunity
Mood London is a fast-growing premium fragrance house with a clear ambition: to become the UK’s number one choice of fragrance for both men and women.
We are building a modern retail brand that blends premium product, confident selling, and strong commercial discipline. Today, our focus is on driving sales performance and building strong retail foundations. Over time, we will evolve into a more customer-centric, brand-led business with a broader portfolio and footprint.
As a Retail Sales Leader, you will take ownership of a high-visibility physical retail environment, leading a team on site, driving sales results, and representing the Mood London brand every day.
This is a hands-on leadership role: present on the floor, selling, coaching, and setting the standard.

From day one, you will be expected to:
1. Learn quickly and immerse yourself in our products, sales approach, and customer journey
2. Sell confidently on the floor alongside your team, demonstrating approach behaviour, pace, and energy throughout the trading day. You are expected to be hands on, leading the way on sales performance.
