What You'll Be Doing
From day one, you'll get stuck into meaningful work across a variety of areas:
Core Accounting & Reporting
1. Support day-to-day accounting across multiple entities
2. Assist with maintaining financial records and reconciliations
3. Help prepare monthly and annual financial reports
4. Get involved in budgeting and forecasting processes
Investment Exposure
5. Learn how investment portfolios are managed
6. Track capital movements and performance
7. Work closely with brokers and investment managers
Cash & Payments
8. Assist with managing payments, invoices, and expenses
9. Support accounts payable and receivable processes
10. Gain exposure to modern tools like Xero and ApprovalMax
Tax & Compliance
11. Work alongside external advisors on tax processes
12. Help prepare documentation and schedules
13. Learn how compliance works across multiple entities
Business Operations
14. Support audits and internal processes
15. Assist with financial analysis and new opportunities
16. Collaborate with teams across legal, tax, and finance
What We're Looking For
17. A graduate (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
18. A strong interest in building a career in accounting or finance
19. Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
20. Great attention to detail and a proactive mindset
21. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (experience with Xero is a bonus, not essential!)
22. A team player with strong communication skills
