Overview
Due to continued expansion and success, First Military Recruitment is excited to be opening a Birmingham office. We are looking to hire an experienced recruitment resourcer to join our growing team in the area. Successful candidates will have experience in searching for relevant CVs and providing admin support to busy consultants. They should have excellent communication and organisational skills and a desire to succeed in a target-driven support environment. The successful candidate will support busy desks with many long-term and established clients.
This is not a sales role.
Job Role:
1. Proactively search job boards and LinkedIn
2. Advertise and manage vacancies
3. Shortlist suitable candidates
4. Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience
5. Conduct basic initial interviews
Essential:
1. Experience of working within a Recruitment Agency – desirable
2. Previous experience resourcing for roles in a permanent environment
3. Experience using a variety of recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn & major job boards)
4. Confident communicating at all levels
5. Able to cope with pressure
6. Flexible and adaptable
7. Ability to prioritise
