We are a brand-new private dental clinic opening in Canary Wharf and are looking for a friendly, reliable, and like-minded Dental Receptionist to join our modern and supportive team.

The Role
* Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
* Managing appointments, diaries, and patient records
* Answering phone calls and handling enquiries professionally
* Processing payments and assisting with administrative tasks
* Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day reception duties
We are looking for someone:
* Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
* Friendly, approachable, and professional
* Like-minded individual who values teamwork and patient care
* Confident communicator (in person and over the phone)
* Previous dental or medical reception experience preferred but not essential
* Willingness to learn – full training provided
