This is a hands-on role where your expertise in rent collection and arrears management will directly support residents to sustain their tenancies and regain financial stability. This opportunity would suit someone who thrives in a people-facing, outcomes-focused role, balancing empathy with professional judgement and who wants their work to genuinely make a difference. The role As an Income Officer you'll manage a caseload of rent accounts, working proactively to prevent arrears, agree repayment plans and support residents through financial challenges. You'll work closely with colleagues and partner agencies, using early intervention to achieve positive outcomes.
