Customer Account Executive
Location: West Midlands | Salary: Competitive | Contract: Permanent, Hybrid (3 days in office)
I’m recruiting for a leading sustainable logistics and supply chain company specialising in providing sustainable, high-quality solutions across Europe who are looking for a Customer Account Executive to join their customer service team in the West Midlands.
In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting well-known brands and ensuring excellent service in a B2B setting. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll handle administrative tasks, manage stock levels, and build strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and have ownership of your accounts
* Monitor customer performance and stock levels
* Ensure data accuracy and compliance with contracts
* Build relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure service excellence
What We’re Looking For
* 1+ years experience in B2B customer service or account management
* Good analytical skills (Excel – Pivot Table and V look ups)
* Great organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and organisational skills
