An exciting opportunity to join a unique business in the heart of beautiful countryside with super benefits including:- * 22.5 hours per week – 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon-Wed with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break plus additional cover for holidays and sickness * 20 days holiday including bank holidays * 5% pension * Private healthcare * 2 x base salary life insurance Duties for the receptionist include:- * Create a professional impression through courteous, friendly and efficient routing of telephone calls and professional interaction with visitors. * Carry out administrative duties of a non-confidential matter. * To provide the movements lists and weekend working rota’s. * To administer the allocations of the conference and meeting rooms. * To provide cover during the absence of the other receptionist. * Carry out any other tasks that are within capabilities as directed by the HR department. Experience needed to be successful:- * Computer literate and preferably have basic knowledge in the Microsoft Office applications * Professional manner and appearance, efficient and courteous * Good communication skills, learning ability and proactive personality ideally with previous reception or switchboard experience.
