Your new roleAs Senior Architectural Technologist, you will lead the technical delivery of projects from concept through topletion. You’ll be responsible for producing detailed construction drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuringpliance with building regulations and industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading technical design and project delivery across RIBA stages
2. Producing and reviewing detailed construction drawings and specifications
3. Coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and local authorities
4. Ensuringpliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
5. Supporting junior team members and contributing to project reviews
6. Managing project timelines and technical documentation
What you'll need to succeedYou’ll be an experienced Architectural Technologist with a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, along with excellentmunication and coordination skills.Essential skills and experience:
7. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
8. Proficient in Revit
9. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
11. Excellentmunication and team leadership skills
12. Experience in the residential sector, preferably with a developer.
