Business Analyst - Permanent - London/Hybrid
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join its change delivery team, focusing on a delegated workflow solution project. The portfolio currently includes around 20 projects and programmes, valued in the tens of millions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead integration of delegated authority workflow with bordereaux processes
* Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver scalable solutions
* Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery
* Support ongoing enhancements and potential product evolution
* Work within a 10-person agile team including PM, Scrum Master, and Solution Architect
Candidate Profile
* 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
* Background in Insurance or Financial Services (London Market experience highly desirable)
* Comfortable with both technical and process analysis (approx. 60/40 split)
* Experience with delegated authority workflows or bordereaux processes is a plus
* Energetic, collaborative, and thrives in varied environments
