Compliance & Health and Food Safety Manager Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 Full-Time | On-site Role Purpose To lead, develop, and maintain robust compliance and food safety systems across a beverage manufacturing site. This role ensures full adherence to UK and EU regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements. A core responsibility is achieving and sustaining AA-level certification against the BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety, while driving a strong food safety culture and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities BRCGS & Food Safety Management Lead all site activities related to BRCGS Food Safety audits, including preparation, coordination, hosting, and follow-up. Ensure full compliance with all clauses of the latest BRCGS Standard. Maintain and continually improve the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS). Embed a strong food safety and quality culture through training and communication. Conduct internal audits, gap analyses, and manage corrective actions. Oversee documentation relating to product safety, legality, authenticity, and quality.
