Reporting to the Talent Lead and working closely with hiring managers and the wider People Team, you’ll play a key role in delivering our People Strategy, with a focus on high-volume and junior–mid-level hiring.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing end-to-end recruitment for junior–mid-level roles
* Building pipelines, crafting engaging job ads and driving smooth processes
* Partnering with hiring managers to make great, fair hiring decisions
* Championing exceptional candidate experience and inclusive hiring
What we need you to bring
We don’t mind whether you have a degree or what sector you’re coming from - what matters is your passion for hiring great people and delivering a brilliant experience.
* be stepping up from a Recruitment/HR Coordinator role or have high-volume junior–mid recruitment experience
* Thrive on process, prioritisation and keeping data clean and accurate, using an ATS/HRIS or similar (we use Ashby & Personio- we are serious about our People Tech!)
* Be able to build warm, trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers
* Enjoy working at pace and rolling up your sleeves when needed
* Bring curiosity and care to inclusive hiring and employer branding
