At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operative to work with Unipart JCB, a leading company known for its expertise in logistics and supply chain management. Unipart JCB provides comprehensive services, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation solutions.
Shift Patterns:
* Monday to Thursday: 18:00 - 04:15
Pay Rates:
* Standard: £17.08 per hour
* Overtime: £20.50 per hour (paid after 39 standard hours)
Requirements:
* Previous experience operating Counterbalance/Forklift preffered
* Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions
* Good stamina as heavy lifting is involved
Responsibilities:
* Safely unload incoming materials and product
* General warehouse duties
* Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
* Adhere to site procedures and guidelines
* Picking and packing materials for the constantly moving production
