What You'll Do:
* Changing of beds
* Tidying residents room with permission
* Encourage and support residents
* Deliver exceptional care, ensuring residents' needs are met with compassion
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents
* Follow care plans carefully, always maintaining a warm and friendly approach
* Ensure safety and infection control standards are upheld
* Report any changes in residents' well-being to senior staff
* Maintain confidentiality and respect at all times
* Assist with light cleaning duties and room tidying
* Help serve and support residents during mealtimes
Shifts Available:
* Full Time Days 08:00-20:00 totalling an average of 42 hours per week - £13.25
