What you’ll be doing Supporting pupils with additional needs, including autism and learning difficulties Learning how to follow EHCP targets and support plans Helping pupils regulate emotions and stay engaged Assisting teachers with structured classroom activities Building positive, consistent relationships with children What you’ll learn How EHCPs work in real school settings Behaviour support strategies that actually make a difference How to adapt learning to suit different needs How to work effectively as part of a classroom team Who is this role for Someone patient, calm and willing to learn A team player who takes initiative Anyone considering a long-term career in education, SEN, psychology or teaching You don’t need experience.
