Key Responsibilities
HR Change Project support (People Enablement Programme)
1. Provide the International HR team with additional project support with the ongoing process design and implementation of a new HRIS (Workday).
2. Assist the SMEs for Europe/LatAm to validate the end to end HR process mapping and carry out the testing process, through to supporting the implementation. This will involve working with colleagues in the various offices who support on HR processes, the People Enablement Project team and communication with key stakeholders.
3. Supporting the wider HR team and People Enablement Programme as required.
HR Ops Project support
4. Review and implementation of policies in each jurisdiction (as required) with a particular focus on new offices
5. Building out of family leave policies and associated benefits across the region (coaching etc)
6. Assist with HR target operating model project
7. Implementation of new recruitment process for Europe
8. Support for office openings and embedding Clydes' HR process and best practice into new offices
9. Support with development of Reward Philosophy project
10. Other project and/or BAU HR support across the UK HR team as required.
HR Ops Support - Core Annual processes
11. Support with Salary and Bonus review
12. Engagement Survey - analysis and communication of results and support for outputs and actions planning
13. Career Conversations/Objective Manager
14. Assist with European Network Programme
Essential Skills & Experience
15. Experience in a global professional services environment working across multiple territories.
16. HR Professional with previous experience of building effective relationships with senior stakeholders particularly when working remotely.
17. Preferably legal or professional services experience.
18. Language skills would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
19. Graduate or equivalent and GCIPD qualified would be helpful but not essential.
20. Commercially astute and a good understanding of the practical application of HR.
21. Highly proactive and strategic in approach.
22. Strong influencing skills and able to build credibility quickly.
23. Integrity and discretion.
24. Ability to inspire confidence and respect at all levels.
25. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
26. Must be flexible in adapting to a dynamic, fast paced environment with a positive attitude and results driven.
27. Strong time management and prioritisation skills with a proven track record of managing competing demands.
28. Capable of working autonomously but also operating as part of a team and strong team ethic is essential.
29. Experience in leadership and mentoring a team of HR professionals.
