We are small privately early years setting, seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children aged 0-5 years. You will play a crucial role in supporting their learning, social skills, and emotional well-being.
Duties
* Develop and implement engaging educational activities that cater to the individual needs of each child.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
* Support children's physical, emotional, and social development through play-based learning.
* Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and well-being.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational programme that meets the standards of early years education.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive interactions among children and adults.
* Keep accurate records of children's development and progress in line with regulatory requirements.
Experience
* Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
* must have early years qualification in Early Childhood Education at level 3 or above .
* Strong management and leadership skills to guide and support fellow educators.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
