The Role
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Product Specialist to join our Product Portfolio Team. In this role, you'll drive innovation and process automation across the business by designing custom Power Platform solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Solution Development: Craft, build, and tailor Power Platform solutions such as Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate (Flow) to align with business needs.
* System Management and Enhancement: Oversee the upkeep and enhancement of our D365 suite, contribute to user training and documentation, and participate in user groups when required.
* Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain detailed documentation to support knowledge dissemination and future improvements.
* Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest features and capabilities within the Power Platform, assess their potential impact on the organisation, and suggest innovative strategies for process enhancement.
* Support and Collaboration: Assume responsibility for addressing support escalations, collaborate effectively with teams across different functions, and provide guidance to junior colleagues.
Experience and Skills Required:
* Proven Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency as a Power Platform specialist, emphasising expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate.
* Power Automate Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Power Automate for crafting workflows, approvals, and automating business processes.
* Organizational Aptitude: Exceptional organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
* Application Experience: Familiarity with M365 and D365 suite of applications.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities coupled with exemplary customer service skills.
