Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Masters Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm)
2. Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmacy Practice or equivalent
3. Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council
Desirable criteria
4. Completed SACT passport
5. Qualified Independent Prescriber
Experience
Essential criteria
6. Good, broad clinical knowledge of various specialities
7. Some experience of providing training, mentorship and supervising staff
8. Relevant post-graduate experience
9. Documented evidence of completed project work, audit and practice research
10. Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
11. Apply knowledge to practice & willing to take professional responsibility
Desirable criteria
12. Leadership and management experience
13. Previous experience in cancer services

14. Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written. Ability to deal with complex and difficult emotional situations
