If youre a committed <b>Care Assistant</b> or <b>Support Worker</b> with a strong track record and a desire to progress, we’ll provide the training and support you need to thrive in this role.</p><h3>Your Role</h3><ul><li>Lead and motivate a team of support workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care</li><li>Support individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives</li><li>Oversee recruitment and development of team members, including staff supervisions and interviews</li><li>Communicate effectively with staff, the people we support, and external professionals</li><li>Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills</li></ul></div>
