Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standard. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
* Ensure that all vehicles are presented in immaculate condition before delivery to customers.
* Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify any areas requiring additional attention or repairs.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the detailing area and equipment.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
* Assist with driving vehicles as needed for service or customer delivery.
Experience
* Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is essential.
* A valid driving licence is required to operate various vehicles safely.
* Janitorial experience is advantageous, as it contributes to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
