Join a leading global provider of clinical trial packaging and labelling services as a Project Manager, supporting complex clinical studies for international clients. In this role, you’ll manage timelines, coordinate label design (including booklet labels), and serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. Flexible UK location, fully remote or hybrid available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end project execution for clinical packaging and labelling.
* Work closely with clients to design packaging layouts and labelling solutions (including multi-country booklet labels).
* Coordinate internally across operations, quality, and logistics teams.
* Integrate with randomization tools (IVRS/IWRS) and ensure all GMP/clinical requirements are met.
* Handle timelines, issue resolution, and quality documentation for assigned projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 3+ years experience in clinical trial packaging, labelling, or clinical supplies project management.
* Strong knowledge of GMP/GxP and clinical supply regulations.
* Experience with label development, IVRS/IWRS, and custom packaging design.
* Excellent client communication and timeline management skills.
