Roles & Responsibilities If youre a creative Social Media Content Creator who loves being hands-on with filming, editing, and bringing ideas to life, this could be your next move. As a Social Media Content Creator, youll be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across multiple client accounts. Your role will include: Creating, filming, and editing social-first content that is creative, informative, and platform-native. Producing short-form food and cooking content for FMCG brands. Conducting street interviews and on-location shoots. Editing video and imagery using tools such as CapCut Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom. Elevating and adapting content briefs to keep ideas fresh, relevant, and culturally aligned. Communicating with clients regularly via email and attending quarterly in-person or virtual sessions. Collaborating with internal teams including Design and Client Services to streamline delivery. Visiting client offices for photoshoots on a quarterly basis. Youll typically work across around four client accounts, giving you variety, ownership, and creative freedom Skills & Experience Youll be joining a business that takes development seriously, with clear progression pathways, regular reviews, and ongoing support. To be successful in this role, youll ideally bring: 2 years experience in content creation, ideally within an agency environment. Confidence filming content using smartphones and cameras (DSLR or similar). Strong video editing skills, particularly using CapCut. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with FMCG or food brands (desirable). The confidence to challenge ideas and be challenged in return. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and creative flair.
