Role Overview
As a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work in a leading private hospital in London within a specialist inpatient team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering the chance to impact care while developing your career in a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities
* Independently manage a varied caseload, delivering high-quality assessment and treatment plans.
* Work across specialist inpatient areas, including PICU, NICU, cardiac care, and support outpatient services such as neurorehabilitation and sensory integration.
* Supervise junior Occupational Therapists, providing guidance and support.
* Collaborate with the Lead OT and wider multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
* Contribute to service development projects and departmental growth.
Requirements
* HCPC registration and a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification.
* Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally at Band 7 level in paediatric inpatient care.
* A strong clinical background with evidence of service development experience.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, collaborative approach within multidisciplinary settings.
