I am looking for an experienced in-house talent leader to lead a high-performing recruitment and onboarding function within a fast-paced organisation. The role combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruitment delivery across high-volume, corporate, and senior-level hiring, including executive appointments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with senior leaders on recruitment strategy and workforce planning
* Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Leading and developing Recruitment Business Partners
* Delivering attraction strategies through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and direct sourcing
