Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic and expanding team in Gravesend. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a busy and diverse caseload, with exposure to both residential and commercial conveyancing matters. The successful candidate will be supported by secretarial assistance and will work in a collaborative and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Remortgages Title checking, search reports, and enquiries Stamp Duty procedures Handle leasehold transactions including: Lease renewals Deeds of surrender Grant of new leases Regulation of landlord and tenant relationships Deal with commercial property transactions such as: Business acquisitions and disposals Utilities agreements Refinancing Take responsibility for files from instruction to completion Engage actively in business development and client relationship management Requirements Extensive experience in residential conveyancing with a good working knowledge of commercial property work Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and client-focused approach Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Technically competent with a pragmatic and solution-driven mindset Benefits £1,000 welcome bonus after six months' continuous service (when applying directly via our website) 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
