We have an exciting opportunity to join the Health & Beauty team at the
Delta by Marriott Worsley Park Country Club Hotel.
The team are looking to recruit a Spa receptionist
to play a vital role in providing reception and administrative duties, in
addition to be qualified to provide limited spa therapist cover when needed. The ideal candidate should be confident in
giving a great first and lasting impression of the Health and Beauty facility.

What do we expect from you...
* Provide
a warm, professional welcome to guests and ensure that they are at ease.
* Maintain
up to date knowledge of products and services to promote and answer guest
queries
* Provide
a range of beauty treatments for members, hotel guests and visitors and
administer treatments in a professional, friendly manner.
* Maximise
opportunities for upselling, including retail products, to contribute to
departmental profitability.
* Assist
in maintaining the cleanliness of the salon at all times.
* Report
immediately any inappropriate guest behaviour.
* Ensure
all areas of the salon fully comply with all relevant Health & Safety
regulations.

Confident use of
telephone and electronic booking system to schedule services for individuals,
groups and calling guests to confirm scheduled services.

Update the
reservations/cancellations list throughout the day and inform therapists of
last minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed.
·
Check in guests for
appointments, confirm first and last name, and provide general spa orientation
to guests upon arrival.

Process guest
payments for spa services, obtain payment authorisation as needed and adhere to
Hotel cash handling /banking procedure.
·
Report accidents,
injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
·
Undertake regular
training and development as required
