Hybrid: Stopford House and homeworking, all staff across the planning service aim to be present in the office on at least 2 days every week.

Your Role
The successful candidate will provide critical additional capacity as the council brings forward a new Local Plan. They will play an important role in providing planning policy input into pre-application discussions and the determination of planning applications. They will play a key role in compiling information in relation to potential plan-allocations.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced planning policy expert who is comfortable working across a wide range of interlinked policy topic areas. The ideal candidate will have experience of providing policy input into pre-application discussions and the determination of planning applications for large-scale / strategic sites.
