Role: Insurance Advisor (Business Insurance) at Everywhen, Bury St Edmunds, England, United Kingdom
Responsibilities
* Support your Account Executive in all areas of managing the client accounts.
* Ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer and conducting related administration work in relation to:
o New business
o Renewals
o Mid Term Adjustments
o Queries
o Premium financing arrangements
o Cover note issuance
* Ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures as detailed in the compliance manual.
* Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct learning, training and assessment exercises in accordance with the individual T&C scheme applicable to you. Identify further areas for own development as required.
* Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote exceptional customer care standards at all times.
* Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and provide expert product advice and guidance within efficient timeframes.
* Manage and control an effective client diary management system.
* Promote and increase the use of in house premium finance, from insurer schemes.
Qualifications
What experience does our Insurance Advisor need?
It’s essential that you have some insurance experience gained ideally in a broking environment and preferably within commercial lines as you will be offering a complete commercial lines experience to existing customers. It would be a bonus if you have experience using Open GI and any relevant qualifications, although we offer plenty of opportunity to gain these once you join us.
