As a sous chef, you’ll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and teams. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, with exceptional food knowledge, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

* are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and developing others to help them excel and maintain high standards;
* are experienced in managing the line, planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, and coaching on the go;
* have experience supporting your kitchen’s food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs;
* love to celebrate success, recognizing individual drivers and needs;
