We are seeking to recruit an experienced and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join our central HR team at the Mill Hill Education Group. This full-time, office-based role reports directly to the Head of HR and plays a vital role in supporting the employee life cycle across our network of Schools. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide high-quality HR guidance and solutions to Heads and staff, ensuring best practices and compliance in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of HR systems, support key HR projects, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective and consistent HR practices. The role requires occasional travel to schools within the Group to support on-site HR matters and promote alignment across all locations.
