You will lead a dedicated HR advice and support team, providing high‑quality, holistic guidance to managers and staff across the organisation. Your focus will be on delivering responsive HR services that align with corporate and regional priorities while promoting a respectful, confidential, and person‑centred culture.

Qualifications and experience
* Significant HR experience with demonstrable expertise in the areas above.
* Strong leadership skills – capable of motivating and empowering a small team.
* Personable, solution‑ and outcome‑focused, with the ability to engage positively at all levels.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English).
* Organisational and prioritisation abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficient in data handling and reporting using spreadsheets and databases.
* Degree or comparable education (desirable).
* Recognised or working towards an accredited HR qualification.
* Willingness to travel to various sites across the country; no requirement to be a car driver.
* Flexible working hours – both full‑time and part‑time arrangements considered.
