We are seeking 20 dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our College's expanding team from September 2025, supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across a vibrant specialist college environment.
The College support students with a wide range of needs including:
Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD)
Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

About the Role:
You will work closely with lecturers and support staff to help learners achieve their full potential, in the classroom, in workshops, and during practical sessions. No two days are the same, and you'll be supporting students studying in a wide range of subject areas, including:
Agriculture and Countryside Management, Animal Welfare, Construction, Equestrian Studies, Sport and more.
