As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Melmerby youll be responsible for:
* Leading, motivating and developing a team of up to 12 colleagues maintaining clean and safe working conditions.
* Ensuring goods loaded and unloaded are dealt with safely, accurately, and efficiently along with managing all escalations.
* Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators and promoting a continuous improvement culture.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 18:00pm 02:00am.
And heres what wed like you to have:
* Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor, managing a team in a warehouse or logistic environment would be ideal.
* Experience in Manual Handling Equipment and working to KPIs/SLAs desirable
* Excellent communication skills
