About The Role


North Norfolk District Council's Planning Department is an ambitious place. Passionate and innovative, we continuously seek new ways to positively engage with our communities to enhance the customer experience and enable sustainable growth.

We are looking for a Section 106 and Infrastructure Levy Officer to sit within our Development Management team. This role is an opportunity for the right person to make it their own and make a real impact on the effective operation of the department.

As our Section 106 and Infrastructure Levy Officer, you will be responsible for the collection and distribution of developer contributions arising for section 106 obligations, infrastructure levy and section 111 payments. You will manage our databases and work with partners to get results, ensuring that spending commitments are delivered that align with the infrastructure priorities and projects set out in the core strategy and local plan. You will be empowered to improve the operation of this service in a supportive environment.


About You


Alongside a solid knowledge of planning legislation relating to section 106 agreements and infrastructure payments, you will possess excellent IT skills, meticulous attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude.
