Knowledge of Business Process Modelling (BPMN). Experience working in a cross-functional environment. Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or manufacturing. We focus on the Operational Technology (OT) programme and manufacturing operations. We analyse business goals, objectives, functions, and processes. We use relevant information and data to support requirement definition. We conduct options analysis and assess feasibility and operational impact. We quantify potential business benefits. The role is based on a hybrid working model with 2 days onsite in Kettering and 3 days remote.
